Description

PU protective hoses are used to protect slings, round slings, ropes, etc. from injury when lifting sharp-edged goods. PU protective sleeves are made of transparent polyurethane elastomer, a material characterized by its extreme abrasion resistance and cut resistance. They thus offer optimum protection of the textile belt fabric. The very good adhesion to smooth surfaces prevents the load from slipping. A textile fabric insert ensures that the retracted belt can slide easily in the protective sleeve. This prevents material overloads during lifting. For particularly tough applications (coil transport, etc.), the hoses can be additionally equipped with a resistant glass fiber insert.
The hoses have proven themselves under the toughest operating conditions. They extend the service life of the textile slings many times over.
